Refund policy
At buyrubbermats.com (operated by Vikas Mats – Operated by Banco Rubbers, Sister Concern of Vikas Rubbers), we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds will be processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
Products accepted for return:
• Manufacturing defect — item has a factory or production fault.
• Transit damage — item was damaged during shipping or delivery.
• Wrong product delivered — different size or model than what was ordered.
• Non-defective product — any product returned within the 7-day window.
To initiate a return, email orders@buyrubbermats.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the item and your order details.
Returned items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging intact.
2. Refund Processing
Once a return request is approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund of the product cost, at our discretion.
Refund timeline:
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Delivery or courier charges already paid are non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
• Returns are shipped by post. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
• No restocking fees are charged on any returned item.
• If a return is approved for a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage, we may reimburse reasonable return courier charges at our discretion.
4. Orders Refused Due to Delivery Charges
Product prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are communicated separately after the order is placed.
• Before dispatch: If you refuse the order before dispatch due to delivery charges, the full product cost will be refunded.
• After dispatch: If you refuse the order after dispatch due to delivery charges, the product cost will be refunded after deducting two-way courier and handling charges incurred by us.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
• Improper handling, misuse, or neglect — products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Natural variations — minor variations in colour, texture, or size inherent to rubber mat manufacturing are not considered defects.
• Late returns — return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
6. Exchanges
• We accept exchanges within the 7-day return window. Contact us at orders@buyrubbermats.com to request an exchange for a different size or model.
• Exchange items are subject to the same conditions as returns — unused, original condition, with all original packaging.
