3. Delivery Timelines

4. Note on “Free Shipping” Display in Checkout

Our Shopify system may display “Free shipping” at checkout when you place your order.

This is a default system setting and does not mean delivery is free.

As mentioned, all delivery/courier charges are extra and will be communicated separately before dispatch.
5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout.

For parcel service deliveries, customers may need to collect the goods from the nearest agency office.

Failure to collect goods on time may result in storage or return charges, which will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your package is damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@vikasrubbermats.com with photos of the product/package.

We will resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
