1. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

2. I placed an order, but it hasn’t been delivered to my home. What should I do?

 

Our rubber mats are heavy and bulky, and in many cases, courier partners do not provide doorstep delivery. Instead, your order will be delivered to the nearest courier agency branch, from where you will need to collect the package. We will share tracking details and courier branch information once the order is dispatched.

 


 

3. How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?

 

Typically, orders are processed within a week of receiving payment. However, during busy periods or when we are handling a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there’s any change in the expected dispatch time.

 


 

4. Can I get a custom-sized or specially designed rubber mat?

 

Yes, we do accept custom size and special design requests. However, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) will apply — especially if a new mould needs to be created for your requirement. 5. Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we handle export orders as well. For international shipping, product customization, or wholesale export inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp, and our team will assist you with product selection, documentation, and logistics.

 


 

6. How can I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. This can be used to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website. If you have trouble tracking or need help locating the delivery branch, feel free to message us on WhatsApp.

 


 

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

 

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery due to the size, weight, and logistics involved in shipping rubber mats. We accept secure payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet options during checkout.

 


 

8. What is your return policy?

 

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or size preference. Please visit our Return Policy page or WhatsApp us for assistance.

 


 

9. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

 


 

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
