2. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance may occur.

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of delivery charges.
3. Payment & Delivery Charges

At checkout, customers pay only the product cost.

Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be intimated separately after the order is placed.

Customers must confirm and pay the applicable delivery charges before dispatch.

Delivery charges are determined by third-party courier/parcel services, and we are not responsible for fluctuations in their rates.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within India only.

Express Courier: 5–10 business days

Parcel Service: 7–15 business days (pickup from nearest agency office may be required)

Delivery timelines depend on the selected method.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from courier/agency offices if home delivery is not available.
5. Note on “Free Shipping” Display in Checkout

Our Shopify system may display “Free shipping” at checkout when you place your order.

This is a default Shopify system setting and does not mean that delivery is free.

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, all courier/parcel delivery charges are extra and will be communicated separately before dispatch.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.

If a customer does not agree to the delivery charges intimated before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the product cost refunded in full.

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch due to delivery charges, the product cost will be refunded after deducting two-way courier/handling charges.

Delivery charges already paid to courier/parcel services are non-refundable.
7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Refunds will cover the product cost only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If a return is required, customers may need to courier the product back to us at their cost. Reimbursement may be provided only if the defect is confirmed.
8. Warranty

Products are covered under a limited warranty (6/12 months – depending on product type) against manufacturing defects.

Warranty remedies include replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or exposure to chemicals/extreme conditions.

Customers may be required to return defective products for inspection before warranty claims are processed.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the product cost.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, courier delays, or third-party services.
10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India.
